West Bloomfield Township Clerk, Debbie Binder, says that issues such as a lack of signature on the envelope or absence of a listed phone number or email are among some of the most common problems that prevent absentee ballots from being immediately counted and require Clerk’s Offices to reach out to voters for further assistance and/or confirmation of their ballot.
