West Bloomfield School District Superintendent, Dr. Gerald Hill, Ph.D., expressed frustration at the disconnect between Governor Gretchen Whitmer and the (mostly republican) state legislature over their inability to come to agreements on distribution of critical funding for schools, expressing that, while leaders continue to neglect to do their jobs, front-line workers such as educators continue to work effectively despite scarce financial resources.
