The McDougall-Hunt neighborhood has transformed over the years from a dilapidated city block to a beautiful and robust area, and all it took was the first step taken by Katrina Watkins. Seeing that there was work that needed doing in her community, Katrina stepped up and started rallying troops to put her neighborhood back together.
