Ann Arbor Book Society President, Rachel Pastiva, says that she fell in love with the culture book store appreciation in Ann Arbor while working for Border’s, and as she became more familiar with the community of independent book stores in the City, she grew a desire to advocate and provide support for these locally-owned institutions in one of Michigan and America’s best-read cities!
