A West Bloomfield resident makes a Broadway hit! Celebrating 50 years of the Greater West Bloomfield Historical Society, and nominating volunteers for their service to the community!

On today’s edition of “The Splash Live,” Sylvan Lake Historian Helen Jane Peters explains why it is important for our local towns to explore and preserve their history, especially as we recognize the 50th anniversary of the Greater West Bloomfield Historical Society and its contributions to our four communities!

Additionally, Michigan Week Awards nominations are open! Deborah Macon from the Michigan Week Committee joins the show to talk about why we honor our local volunteers and service people, how you can participate and what the Michigan Week tradition says about how we value those that make a difference in Greater West Bloomfield!
