U.S. District Judge Says Court has Completely Changed Since the Outbreak of COVID-19

U.S. District Judge Denise Page Hood, Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, says that many proceedings that were required previously to be in-person have been permitted to be completely via secure virtual means during the pandemic, rendering the U.S. District Court that the Honorable Judge Hood overseas almost entirely virtual.
