West Bloomfield Fire Chief, Greg Flynn, explained that the process involves checking in and confirming the patient’s spot in line, approaching an area where they will receive the shot, and then sending them to a separate area to wait for about 15 minutes in case of any immediate side effects, a process that is swift enough to move a large number of patients through in a short amount of time.

Please note: All drive-thru vaccination clinic appointments at West Bloomfield Fire Stations are scheduled through Oakland County, and no patients will be permitted to show up and receive vaccine without a pre-arranged and approved appointment.
