West Bloomfield Township Clerk, Debbie Binder, says that there continues to be some issues with the U.S. Postal Service that may affect the timely return of absentee ballots, which is why her office is encouraging voters to form a plan to either return their ballots to the drop-boxes provided at Town Hall or mail them back as early as is possible to ensure that they arrive in time to be counted.
